Samantha Marshall, RN
As a Registered Nurse and aesthetic injector, I am passionate about helping clients feel confident and refreshed through safe, natural-looking enhancements. I specialize in Botox and dermal fillers, focusing on subtle results that enhance your unique features—not change them.
With a strong clinical background and a commitment to ongoing advanced training, I prioritize safety, precision, and patient education. My goal is to create a comfortable experience where you feel heard, informed, and excited about your results.

Medical Director
Dr. Brady Steineck
Brady Steineck is a primary care physician and the CEO of Community Health Care, Inc. He grew up in Canton, Ohio and graduated from the University of Akron in 2004. He then graduated from Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) in 2008 and completed a residency in family medicine at Aultman Hospital in 2011. Brady then graduated with an MBA in Healthcare Management from Walsh University in 2019. Brady sees patients at Community Health Care’s Louisville location and became CEO of Community Health Care in 2019. He has overseen the development of CHC into a national leader in value-based care. CHC has also formed a joint venture with Cleveland Clinic and Medic Management Group of Akron to form Curbside QD, a full-service MSO, providing management services to independent physicians throughout northeast Ohio and beyond. In 2025, he launched The Curbside Healthcast, a podcast that aims to improve leadership in healthcare. Brady also has a passion for end-of-life care and serves as medical director for Mercy Hospice. Brady and his wife Tiffany also own and operate Adela Medical Spa in Canton, serving patients with a comprehensive array of esthetic and functional medicine services. Brady and Tiffany have been married for 18 years and have five children.
